During our rebranding process, we were asked ”how is Fabrit different from its competitors?”
I know this is a question every serious marketing professional will ask you. At the end of the day, we are just another software development company, right?!
Deep inside, we knew this is not true, so we had to take a step back and put on paper who we are, what made us start Fabrit and what is our USP. In our heads, things were quite clear, but believe me, it’s a difficult task to write things down.
We want to share a few items with everyone, from our colleagues to our clients who continue to work with us, after years of developing software together.
We have started with our common values, the reason the Fabrit story started and how we managed to build a team that believes in the same values as us.
Fabrit Global came to life due to two brothers’ common vision for offering an outstanding software development service while building a flexible and uplifting working environment for every team member to enjoy.
Today we are a team of truly passionate people who understand the importance of both professional and personal excellence.
Our steady growth gave us the unique opportunity to build a strong foundation of how we work and collaborate with others, and how we attract smart and bold people to join us.
So here are the 3 main pillars defining our working philosophy. We believe that who we are as individuals has a big influence on who we become as a company.
Continuous Improvement
We believe an organization is the reflection of its each team member’s vision, passion and ethics. That’s why we invest in people, we set up and budget time for learning – either technology related or whatever seems more appropriate for each and every one of us.
We give ourselves freedom to express ideas and experiment.
Therefore, it’s in our culture to embrace change and become better.
From basic duties like improving what we already have in place, to seeking complex challenges and discovering creative ways to expedite work, every now and then we look to improve ourselves.
Our collective growth mindset not only helps us become better professionals, but makes us very flexible and proactive with the solutions we provide to our clients.
Technology, with its evolving nature as we know it for years, is part of our lives now. We have been embracing it with open arms and we aim to help our clients adopt it as well.
High-Touch Relationships
We believe that all these can be resumed to one simple concept. A business can thrive in the long run when it relies on close relationships – both with the clients and among the team members
Moreover, there’s authenticity in every interaction. Even with technology use continuing to grow, the desire for personalisation and empathy gets higher and higher.
Our communication with our clients is tight, yet open. No matter if we interact with a specialist or a VP, we know that behind the title there is a human being that has questions and concerns and that we are here to address and take away those fears.
The flexible, relaxed yet highly professional communication helped unbuild long-lasting relationships with all of our clients.
The same is true when it comes to Fabrit’s team members.
I would lie if I would say that seeing teammates “copying” our communication habits doesn’t put a smile on my face.
I’m so happy to see them constantly offering their support and asking questions without hesitation.
The concept of ‘there’s no such thing as a stupid question’ boosts our confidence to keep seeking knowledge no matter what and dive into the conversation from different angles.
In the end, we truly believe that open communication helped us forming these close relationships and we strive to keep it this way.
Personal and Professional Excellence
The last of our values comes as an obvious wrap-up that perfectly combines the other two.
While we are looking to deliver excellent services, we are fully aware that we – as individuals also need to learn, grow, and achieve personal ambitions. So, we centre our activities around the concept of becoming better individuals, in order to deliver an outstanding collective service.
